You get to the support hub from the top menu item of “Support” or from the “My Account” page where there is a button to take you to the support hub.
At the top of the page, there is a ticket summary, where you can click on the ticket# or subject link to get all ticket details.
There are also buttons for submitting a consultation request, support ticket, or contact us form.
